Department of Discrete Mathematics was created in July 2016. Scientific activity of the Department covers several topics including discrete mathematics, in particular graph theory (independence, domination, coloring) and combinatorics (recurrence equations, Fibonacci numbers), as well as by 2018 real analysis (‘small’ sets in analysis and topology) and theory of functional equations and inequalities.
